Jacob’s is an iconic brand with over 125 years of baking heritage. Jacob’s biscuits were first baked in 1850 by William Jacob in Waterford, Ireland.
We acquired Jacobs in 2004 and a decade later decided to rebrand all our savoury snack products under the Masterbrand of Jacob’s (excluding Carr’s) to modernise and rejuvenate the brand and make it more relevant to consumers.
In 2014, Jacob’s remains the number one selling brand in Savoury Biscuits and at a masterbrand level it’s now worth £180 million Retail Sales Value.*
